In June medicines worth $ 7.7 million were exported from Georgia to foreign countries. In the same month last year, this figure was 7.4 million.

According to Sakstat data, the largest buyer of Georgian medicines is Azerbaijan, where packaged medicines in the amount of $ 2.9 million were exported.

Uzbekistan is the second with $ 2.7 million, Kyrgyzstan on the third place with $ 636 thousand.

Apart from these three countries, medicines from Georgia were exported to the following countries: Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, United Kingdom.


In the same month last year, Kyrgyzstan was the largest buyer of medicines followed by Azerbaijan and Armenia.
