Georgian citizens in Sudan have been transferred from the area near Khartoum airport to a safer place, from where their further evacuation will be carried out- the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia reports.

 

According to the agency, with the joint work of the Ministry and the employing company, it was possible to transfer the citizens of Georgia to a safe place from the hot spot, where constant clashes are taking place.

 

"Currently, the citizens are in a safe part of the city. The agency continues to work for their complete evacuation from Sudan," it is noted in the information.
