Russian company Vectorpharm is building a hospital and medical university in Digomi settlement.
Since early last year, Vectorpharm LLC has been the 100% manager of the owner of the territory, Women's Health Center LLC, which previously belonged to Academician Nodar Kipshidze National Center of Therapy. The latter belonged to businessman Alexander Kharebava for many years.
Famous businessman Aleksandre Kharebava has been trying to build a new hospital equipped with modern technologies on Chachava Street in Digomi for years. N.Kipshidze National Center of Therapy first applied for a construction permit in 2017, the hospital project was agreed with the capital’s government the same year. Aleksandre Kharebava requested an extension of the construction permit in 2019. The architecture service extended the construction deadline for the company until July 2020. Since then, the company has requested an extension of the permit several times, and eventually sold its stake.
According to the latest information on the website of the Architectural Service, the revised design of the hospital and the medical university is currently being approved.
"In 2017, a hospital design was approved on the project land plot (6267 m2), in 2021 the design was adjusted. Taking into account the current adjustment, the building has changed its profile and will be a multidisciplinary hospital."
The designed building is a medical institution, namely a hospital. The total height of the building is 27.5 m. "The building has 5 floors, of which 1 floor is underground," the explanatory note says.
As for the Medical University project, as stated in the explanatory note, the designed building is a medical university, which is being built on the site of a two-story underground parking lot under construction. The building has 5 floors and two underground floors.
As for the Russian company Vectorpharm , it was registered in Moscow in 2021 and its main activity is wholesale trade in pharmaceutical products. The company's CEO is Alexander Rozhdestvensky, who for many years served as Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for Education, as well as Deputy Head of the Department of Economics and State Property Management of the Ministry of Transport of Russia.
