A shopping center is being built on Kote Abkhazi Street, 5-7 (former Leselidze Street) in Tbilisi. The developer, Aguna LLC, is awaiting permission from the architectural service to build a 6-story building instead of the approved 4-story project.

According to the explanatory note, the territory housed a two-story building with an inner courtyard, built in the 1970s–1980s and not having the status of a monument.

"According to the preliminary project we developed, the facility is a 6-story building with a basement."

Functionally, the building is a multifunctional retail facility. The 4th floor of the building will house retail spaces, the 5th floor will house a café-restaurant, the basement will be used for technical rooms.

According to the preliminary design, the building will have three entrances.

The project includes 2 stairs and 2 elevators. The building will also have a small courtyard from the side of K. Abkhazi Lane," the explanatory note says.

The owner of the territory and the customer of the construction is Aguna LLC, whose director is Jalila Amoeva, the proprietor is Tbilisi Group Joint Stock Company, whose director is also Jalila Amoeva.

Shares of Aguna LLC were also owned at various times by Lelo leader Mamuka Khazaradze and Industrialists leader Zurab Tkemaladze. Zurab Tkemaladze's son Irakli Tkemaladze also held the position of LLC director until January 2023.
