A new sports complex that will meet modern standards and will occupy an area of 7.8 thousand square meters will be built in the village of Tabakhmela.
The sports complex will include football and basketball courts, a grandstand for 230 spectators, a technical building with locker rooms and other necessary facilities, as well as parking space.
Construction of the new sports complex is scheduled to begin in the coming weeks.
The works, which will be carried out in three stages, will be completed in 2025. The total cost of the project is GEL 3,769,000.
Tabakhmela is a unique location at an altitude of 1020 meters above sea level.
Since 2007, Tabakhmela has been under the administration of Tbilisi and since 2013 belongs to the Mtatsminda district.
