Businessman Noshrevan Namoradze, the biggest donor of "Georgian Dream", is building a 230-meter skyscraper in Vake, one of the most prestigious districts of Tbilisi.
According to the information on the website of the businessman's company VR Holding, the building of the premium-class, modern planning project VR Vake Skyview Tower will be located at 49 Chavchavadze Street, in the place of the former Sports University. According to the company, VR Vake Skyview will be Georgia’s tallest building.
"The project will have a great positive impact in terms of setting a new standard and raising the standard of living in the capital.
The VR VAKE SKYVIEW project includes the roads and infrastructure reconstruction and improvement. Within the scope of the project, it is planned to widen the roads, build recreational and resting spaces and squares, arrange additional parking spaces, which the residents of the surrounding area will be able to use. It should be noted that the highest swimming pool in Transcaucasia will be located on the top floor of the multifunctional complex. In addition, a helipad will be arranged on the roof of the building. All this together will add additional value to Tbilisi.
In this project, residents will find various types of well-equipped spaces: fitness centers, swimming pools, business centers and various restaurants. These landscaped spaces are designed to meet the needs of residents without leaving the project.

According to the information available on the architecture website, Noshrevan Namoradze agreed to the construction permit for the modified skyscraper project at the end of last year in an accelerated manner.
"The total area of the territory is 18,664 sq.m. The total area of green areas will be at least 5,639.1 sq.m.
According to the agreed project, the building consisted of 47 above-ground floors, the number of floors after the change is 56;
According to the agreed project, the height of the building from the 0.000 mark was 180 m, after the change, the building height from the 0.000 mark is 230 m;
According to the agreed project, the height of the typical floor of the building was 3.60 m, after the change, typical floor-to-floor height of the building is 3.70 m;

The number of parking spaces according to the approved project was: 310. As a result of the changes, after the addition of two floors, the number of parking spaces is 643" - the explanatory noteof the amended project reads.
Note: the area was bought by VRVake Towers LLC in 2022. The company was founded in September 2022, its director and 100% shareholder is businessman Noshrevan Namoradze.
