According to the budget execution data from the Ministry of Finance Treasury for the first 10 months of 2025, total tax revenues for this period amounted to 18 billion GEL that accounts for 82.5% of the annual plan, which was set at 21.9 billion GEL.

Here are the tax revenue figures for the first 10 months of 2025:

Value Added Tax (VAT) – GEL 6.62 billion, 81.5% of the annual plan;

Income Tax – GEL 6.2 billion, 84% of the annual plan;

Profit Tax – GEL 2.3 billion, 76% of the annual plan;

Excise Tax – GEL 2.15 billion, 81% of the annual plan.

Import duties -GEL120.4 million, representing 80% of the annual target.
