Today trading via Bloomberg trading platform has started at $ 1/2.5893, by 1pm one dollar stood at GEL 2.5825.
As a result of July 10 trade, the official exchange rate of the national currency was set at 1USD/ GEL 2.5894, the euro at 1EUR/ GEL 2.8372.
The lari’s rate at commercial banks is relatively different. At TBC Bank one US dollar can be bought for GEL 2.6300 and sold for GEL 2.5400. At Bank of Georgia one US dollar is sold for GEL 2.5350 and bought for GEL 2.6350.
