“We are keeping up a strong pace of economic growth. The average for the first four months is 8.3 percent, and the significant growth in business sector turnover is logically driven by this,” Georgia's PM Irakli Kobakhidze told reporters.
In his words, further economic growth will strengthen the economy and improve living standards.
“Our main priority is to maintain this growth rate, which is vital for gradually strengthening our country’s economy and improving public well-being. As you know, economic growth directly impacts various indicators, such as employment rates, average wages, and poverty levels. These are areas where we have seen fundamental improvements over the last five years. Naturally, further expansion of business turnover and the wider economy will ensure both a stronger economic foundation and a better quality of life for our citizens,” the Prime Minister said.
