This is a visit of special importance. It is a historic visit for Georgian-Kazakh relations because we have signed a Strategic Partnership Agreement with the Republic of Kazakhstan. This is a significant agreement that will elevate our relations to a completely new level. We already have good dynamics, excellent political relations, and growing economic cooperation. Kazakhstan is one of our most important economic partners. In general, we attach great importance to this region - Central Asia - and Kazakhstan plays a special role in the region. It has a rapidly growing economy and is the largest economy in the region. Therefore, cooperation with Kazakhstan is of particular importance to us.

This includes connectivity - a lot is being done to further develop our transit function, and cooperation with Kazakhstan in this direction is also of special importance. Accordingly, our relations with the Republic of Kazakhstan are moving to an entirely new level,” Irakli Kobakhidze pointed out.
