Georgia’s wine exports soared by 9% in 10 months of the current year.

"Sakstat" reports that in January-October 2024, the country exported wine in the amount of $237 million, of which Russia accounts for 68% of total exports. In 2024, the Georgian wine export to Russia has soared by 12% compared to the same period of last year.

The ranking of the main export markets of Georgian wine in January-October is as follows:


• Russia - 161 million dollars;

• Poland - 13 million dollars;

• Ukraine - 10 million dollars;

• Kazakhstan - 8.6 million dollars;

• China - 7.5 million dollars;

• USA - 6.4 million dollars;

• Belarus - 6.1 million dollars;

• Germany - 5 million dollars;

• Latvia - 3.2 million dollars

• Lithuania - 1.9 million dollars;
