At the meeting of the board of the National Bank of Georgia, Natia Turnava was elected to the position of the first vice-president of the National Bank.
As Turnava said after the meeting, 5 out of 7 members of the board supported her, 2 abstained.
"Today, the meeting of the board of the National Bank was held, and with the majority of votes, the board supported me and elected me to the position of the first vice-president.
Many thanks to the members of the board of the National Bank, regardless of whether any of them supported me or abstained. 5 out of 7 members supported me and 2 abstained. Nevertheless, we are all united by our loyalty to the National Bank, we are united by a common goal - to serve the country's financial stability. Our team will continue to work in the National Bank in this direction," said Turnava.
