In January 2025 the exports of Georgia (excluding non-declared exports) equaled USD 403.9 million, 19.3 percent higher year-on-year. Share of the domestic exports in total exports constituted 46.1 percent and amounted to USD 186.3 million, 11.6 percent higher to the same period of 2024.
In January 2025 the share of the top ten trading partners by domestic exports in the total domestic exports of Georgia amounted to 68.5 percent. The top partners were Russia (USD 31.7 million), Türkiye (USD 20.3 million) and China (USD 16.3 million).
In January 2025 copper ores and concentrates reclaimed the first place in the list of top export items, equaling USD 13.8 million, or 7.4 percent of total exports. The exports of natural or artificial mineral and aerated waters, not containing sugar totaled USD 13.4 million and their share in the total exports amounted to 7.2 percent. The exports of wine of fresh grapes, occupied the third place, standing at USD 12.8 million and constituting 6.9 percent of the total exports.
