Georgia's airports have set a historical record for the number of flights per day.
On August 9, 306 takeoffs and landings took place, which is 4.8% more than the previous maximum, which was set on July 26 (292 flights).
According to the European Organization for the Safety of Air navigation EUROCONTROL, six new records were recorded in Europe last week, one of which was at Georgian airports.
