According to Numbeo, the most expensive gasoline is in Hong Kong, Finland and the Netherlands. One liter of gasoline costs $3 (7.95 GEL) in Hong Kong, $2.21 (5.86 GEL) in Finland; in the Netherlands - $2.16 (5.72 GEL); the cheapest gasoline is in Libya where one liter costs $0.03 (8 tetri).
Georgia is on the 63rd place in the ranking of gasoline prices, the average price of 1 liter of gasoline is $1.18 (3.13 GEL). In the post-Soviet space, gasoline is cheaper in Uzbekistan compared to Georgia (it ranks 69th, one liter costs $1 - 2.65 GEL); Belarus ranks 78th ($0.78 - 2.07 GEL), Azerbaijan is 82nd ($0.61 - 1.62 GEL), Russia is 84th ($0.58 - 1.54 GEL), Kazakhstan ranks 88th ($0.51 - 1.35 GEL).
