From August 1 to September 28, 2025,906 tons of apples worth $ 698 thousand were exported from Georgia. This figure has increased significantly compared to the same period of last year: export volumes surged by 65% (356 tons) , value - by 105% ($ 357,000).
It’s worth mentioining that the average export price of 1 kg of apples in the reporting period was $ 0.77 that is 24% higher than in the same period last year.
The main export country is Russia, to which 697 tons of Georgian apples were exported in August-September. The counrty exported 150 tons to Belarus, 59 tons to Turkey.
In August-September 2025, apple exports from Georgia increased by 65%.
