Tokyo Hotel LLC is building a hotel on Uznadze Street in Tbilisi.
According to the Architectural Service’s website, the area of the land plot is 722 sq.m, the total area is 3040.7 sq.m, the construction volume is 13061.94 sq.m, the building height is 27.75m.
The company received the right to extend the construction permit at the site a few days ago. The construction is planned to be completed in 24 months.
Tokyo Hotel LLC was registered in July 2022, and a few days later, based on a purchase and sale agreement, the premises on Uznadze Street were re-registered. According to the business registers, the owners of Tokyo Hotel shares are: Suns Hotel LLC (44%), Temur Ketsbaia (15%), David Svanadze (13%), Tea Akhaladze (12%), Alexandre Vepkhvadze (12%), David Imnadze (4%). The company director is Irakli Samkharadze. At the same time, Suns Hotel LLC is owned by David Lashkhia and Vakhtang Chikovani.
