The construction of the 14-story Park Inn by Radisson hotel in the center of Tbilisi, on Chanturia Street, is expected to be completed next year.

The customer of the hotel construction is Park Hotels LLC, which has a construction permit since 2015, but the construction has been halted several times and the company repeatedly requested the right to extend the permit from the architectural department. The hotel's investment cost was $25 million, as per the company.

According to the latest information on the Architectural Service’s website, the company made adjustments to the project and requested permission to add underground floors as well, which was approved.

Regarding the reporting area of the K2 - development intensity coefficient, we will explain the following. According to the agreed architectural project, the numerical value of K2 coefficient was 9065.0 sq.m. , which increases slightly as a result of the adjustments to the project. Currently, the numerical index of the K2 coefficient is 9110.0 sq.m", - the explanatory note to the adjusted project reads.

According to the latest plan submitted by Park Hotels LLC at the end of 2022, construction of the Radisson hotel should be completed in 36 months, approximately, by the summer of 2025.

The building has 14 floors, with 3 underground floors. Apart from this, a garden terrace will be arranged on the fifth floor of the hotel, which will be visible from the corner of Chanturia and Tabukashvili streets. The Park Inn will also include a conference room, meeting rooms, and a spa. 

Director of Park Hotels LLC is Tornike Janashvili, the owner of 100% of the shares is Tbilisi Hotels LLC, the ultimate owners of the companies are Tornike and Mamuka Janashvili.
