According to Gia Piradashvili, the managing partner of Chateau Mere Hotel, in the near future Georgia will have to hire qualified employees from other countries, especially from Asia.
“Staff shortages is a problem for many countries, not only in Georgia, but in Europe as well. Although we try to hire locals, we face a serious problem with qualifications, so lately we have been trying to attract employees with experience and pay them more,” he notes.
Gia Piradashvili believes that businesses will have to bring the employees from Asian countries to solve the problem of the staff shortages in Georgia.
“This should not be a problem, moreover, it can positively affect the country's economy. But these are our plans for the future, now we have to adapt to the current situation. We often announce vacancies and are in constant search for qualified personnel,” he stresses.
