In January-June 2024, Georgia imported 5,200 tons of second-hand clothes worth $18,667,140 against 4,900 tons worth $20,300,190 in the same period of the previous year.

According to the data, SHC imports increased by 6% quantitatively, product imports became cheaper by 13%.


Turkey is the main SHC importer, the top five also includes the USA, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. 1 ton of second-hand clothes costs the most from the USA ($12,523), the cheapest from the United Arab Emirates ($2,654).

Archgroup LLC - the main activity of the company is the trade in second-hand clothes, the income in 2022 amounted to 4,882,973 GEL, the cost of the sold products made 3,098,966 GEL. After covering expenses, the company ended 2022 with a loss of 1.4 million GEL.

The owner of 100% of the company's share is Feride Tsanava, the director is Mikheil Zurabashvili.


Navne LLC - in 2022, the company's income amounted to 26,417,110 GEL, and the cost of the sold products stood at nearly 10 million GEL. "Navne", whose main activity is retail trade with both imported clothes and shoes, cosmetic and perfume products, ended 2022 with a profit of 6 million GEL. Specifically, the income from the sale of clothes and shoes exceeded 14 million GEL in 2022, the cost made 5.5 million GEL.

According to the business register, 50-50% shares of the company belong to Ekaterine Nadiradze and Davit Gigauri. Ekaterine Nadiradze is the director of Navne.


LLC Marina - the company’s main activity is wholesale SHC trade, the income in 2022 reached about 8.4 million GEL, the cost of the sold products was 8 million GEL.

According to the business register, the company belongs to Marina Tavelidze, the director is Valery Nadiradze.
Kavlatex Georgia LLC - the company earned 4.7 million GEL in income from goods delivery in 2022, the cost of the sold goods made about 3 million GEL, the profit amounted to 259,904 GEL. The owners and directors of the company are Ukrainian citizens Mohammad Kavla (95%) and Mustafa Kavla (5%).

Baltic Textile Trading Georgia Ltd. has not disclosed its financial figures. According to the business register, the latter belongs to Humana secondary fundraising projects registered in Lithuania, the director is a Turkish citizen - Bora Karamanli.

Bora Ltd. has not disclosed its financial statements. 100% owner and director of the company is Koba Davadze.
