The largest amount, namely 198,255 business entities, are registered in wholesale and retail trade, repair of automobiles and motorcycles, of which only 43% are active.
The top five sectors by registered entities are as follows:
• Wholesale and retail trade; Car and motorcycle repair - 198,255 registered, of which 85,747 entities are active (43%)
• Manufacturing industry - 44,634 registered, active - 18,336 entities (41%)
• Transport and warehousing - 35,126 registered, active - 20,046 entities (57%)
• Construction - 34,084 registered, 17,654 active entities (51.7%)
• Accommodation and food delivery activities - 25,759 registered, 10,848 active entities (42%).
