"McDonald's" new branch is set to be open on the area of 2278 sq.m in Tbilisi, on the right bank of Mtkvari, in Gotua N7.
"T and K Restaurants" LLC, 90% of which is owned by businessman Temur Chkoni and 10% by Tengiz Kapanadze, has already agreed on the project with the architecture office.
"The project envisages the construction of a restaurant (McDonald's Drive), a two- storey building with a separate basement (fire tank), as well as a 1-storey separate auxiliary building and parking lots.
The building is a reinforced concrete frame, building block is used as filler, which will be covered with composite panels. The openings will be made from aluminum profiles.
The company has already received the construction permit, according to the project, McDonald's new restaurant will be built within 24 months.
