The first industrial solar power plant in Georgia will be put into operation from the end of October this year.
According to the Green Energy company, a solar power plant with an installed capacity of 2.4 megawatts will be built in Kaspi and will be connected to the "Energo Pro" network.

The investment cost of the project, excluding VAT, is up to $ 900,000, Green Energy project company Energy Consulting Group is involved in it.


According to Green Energy, "Da-Tene" is set to purchase the electricity generated by the solar plant, which plans to develop electric cars charging stations across Georgia.

Green Energy was founded in 2017 and  provides design and construction of solar PV. It has already installed commercial and residential solar power plants with an installed capacity of up to 13 MW. Green Energy owns the design company Energy Consulting Group, and the company "Da-Tene", which is set to install 300 fast EV charging stations across the country this year.
