The number of shopping centers in Tbilisi has increased in recent years. Multifunctional spaces of completely different needs are very popular among users.

2021 turned out to be not so easy for business operators, during the pandemic, the number of customers and sales decreased, but still the figures increased significantly compared to 2020.

"Finspot" published the financial indicators of malls, according to which "East Point" earned the highest income of ₾32.4 million out of the three large malls in 2021 followed by "Galleria Tbilisi" with ₾26.9 million, and "Tbilisi Mall" with ₾21.3 million.

East Point's total revenue in 2021 was 29% higher than in 2020 and only 3% lower than in pre-pandemic 2019. As for "Galleria Tbilisi", its income decreased by 36%

in 2020 but rose by 21% in 2019 compared to 2020. Tbilisi Mall earned 21 million that is 25% more than in 2020 and 20% less than in 2019.

East Point Shopping and Entertainment complex occupies an area of 85,000 sqm and is located on the motorway connecting the city centre with Tbilisi International Airport, on the eastern edge of Tbilisi known as the Kakheti Highway. It is a 10 minute drive from Freedom Square in central Tbilisi, a 15 minute drive from Rustavi city and about one hour from Armenia or Azerbaijan.

About 70,000 consumers visit the facility daily.
