A detailed plan for the development of a multi-functional tourist complex on an area of 47,468 square meters adjacent to the "Paragraph" hotel in Shekvetili has been approved.
According to the documentation, the land plot is owned by "VR Shekvetili Resort" company
100% of which is owned by "VR Lisi", whose owner and director is businessman Noshiko Namoradze. It is he who is the director of the territory owner company.
According to the explanatory card, the construction permit is issued to:
1. Hotel;
2. Hotel-type accommodation;
3. holiday homes;
4. Health care facilities;
5. food facilities;
6. Objects for entertainment;
7. Small commercial-trade facilities;
8. parking lot;
9. Auxiliary and temporary buildings .
The document also states that at the customer's request, the area should be tailored to the "Paragraph" hotel context.
The project envisages the arrangement of a tourist complex on the area in accordance with the norms and standards. motor roads will be built on the territory and it will be divided into plots. The southern and eastern parts are intended for multi-apartment hotel-type buildings. This building will accommodate approximately 398 hotel-type rooms, catering facilities, entertainment service facilities, small commercial-trade facilities and parking for approximately 199 vehicles.
Individual holiday homes will be located in the western part of the area. At the far west end of the area, lightweight structures without foundation, such as shade houses and a prefabricated swimming pool, will be arranged.
A memorandum of cooperation on the construction of the complex was signed between the Tourism Development Fund and VR Holding at the end of last year. It was said then that the total cost of the project is 600 million US dollars. The complex is called VR Shekvetili Forest Beach by Paragraph and it will be 100 meters away from the "Paragraph" hotel.
