Bioli founder Tamaz Mchedlidze talks about a decline in bookings. The businessman told Commersant that demand is high in spring and summer, but decreases as winter approaches.
"Bookings are much fewer in November. I don't know why, but the number of nookings has declined drastically. In spring and summer demand is much higher. It's seasonal, people like warmth more. Then we will launch an advertisment, demand will increase and it will work well even in winter," Tamaz Mchedlidze notes.
Despite a decline in the hotel capacity, the businessman continues to develop and invest in the Bioli project. The artificial lake and four wooden cottages (chalets) are almost completed.
"We will soon complete the artificial lake project. We are also finishing 4 chalets. The lake and chalets will open in early December and will connect to the general system. However, the price is not yet known, it will be calculated based on the cost and the market," says Tamaz Mchedlidze.
The businessman has already poured 44 million GEL into the "Bioli" project. In the future, Tamaz Mchedlidze plans to open a 70-room hotel in the area and add 2 different, original cottages.
