Basisbank continues to support the hotel industry and hospitality sector. Anne's Hotel, a new, 21-room hotel, was opened in the historical part of Mestia, with the funding of the Bank and within the framework of the Host in Georgia project.

The total cost of the project is GEL 2.5 million, of which GEL 1.6 million was provided by Basisbank.

Anne's Hotel has been hosting its first guests since May of this year. The hotel offers relaxation in a comfortable and cozy environment, tasting of ethnic Svaneti dishes and tours of the Mestia region, equally enjoyable to both local and international guests. The hotel opens picturesque views of Mount Tetnuldi and the historical Svaneti towers.

"Joining efforts with Basisbank has produced another modern hotel in an ancient and tourist-attractive location in Mestia. I would like to thank the Basisbank team for their contribution to the successful completion of the project. I would like to see more similar projects implemented in our region, as these would help the development of tourism," said the Anna Girgvliani, the hotel owner.

"Basisbank, as one of the major supporters of business in Georgia, makes a significant contribution to the development of the hotel industry. Funding of these projects is one of the priorities for the Bank, as it promotes the development of tourism and strengthens the construction sector, one of the main prerequisites for the development of the national economy. We are proud to be part of yet another successful project in Mestia," said Gigi Gabunia, Commercial Director of Basisbank.
