The ibis Tbilisi Ortachala hotel belonged to  the international French brand Accor Group will be opened  by the end of September.

The owner of the plot of land located at 22 Gulua Street in Ortachala is "Archi Hotels" which is involved in the  hotel construction, the managing company is HPM (Archi Holding).

According to the project, the land area is 703 square meters, the hotel consists of 17 floors above ground and 157 rooms.

" The complex has a restaurant, offices, training auditoriums and other facilities necessary for the hotel operation," the project description says.

Accor is a world- leading hospitality group, which globally owns 5,400 hotels, 10,000 gastronomic facilities, wellness facilities and flexible work spaces in 110 countries. In Georgia, the company manages several hotels, including Tbilisi Philharmonic by Mercure Hotel, Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers, ibis hotels, Mercure Tbilisi Old Town.

66% of "Archi Hotels"  company is owned by "Archi Investments" LLC, 34% is owned by "Golden Palace" (100% of which belongs to "Archi Investments" LLC). The shareholders of "Archi Investments" LLC are: Ivliane Tsulaia, Manny (Menahem) Benish, Limited Liability Company ZF Capital, Limited Liability Company ODS Capital.
