Novotel Tbilisi Center and Swissôtel Tbilisi hotels are set to open in January next year. The both hotels were planned to open this year, according to the hotel management company Accor's website, the hotel will open in 2024.
Novotel Tbilisi Center located at 1 Gurjaani Street has an area of 11,000 square meters which will include a swimming pool, a gym, a restaurant, a conference hall for 800 people.

Swissôtel Tbilisi will be opened in Old Tbilisi, on Soliko Virsaladze Street, a five-star hotel will have 120 rooms. The hotel includes a restaurant, bar, pool and spa, parking and a conference hall for corporate events.
