According to Galt & Taggart review, the rent price of an average-sized apartment in Tbilisi increased slightly and stood at $9.9. Rent price will remain stable at one mark in 2024.
The rent price is the highest in Vake district, it is $15.4 per square meter, the lowest is in Samgori - $8.
1,584 apartments were sold in Tbilisi secondary real estate market in August 2024 that is 10.6% less year-on-year and 5.4% month-on-month.
As per the study, a total of 13,080 apartments were sold in the secondary market in Tbilisi in the first 8 months of 2024 that is a 7.1% annual decrease and reflects weakening demand.
"In August 2024, prices in the primary market rose slightly by 0.3% month-on-month. It’s worth mentioning that the weakening demand was also reflected in the slowdown in price growth," the review reads.
