The edition lists up to 35 dishes. Russian pelmeni, Italian ravioli, Chinese siomai, Indian modak, Japanese daifuku - mochi and hearty pastries from other countries were listed in the rating.

The khinkali resembles the xiaolongbao. It’s formed by gathering the pleats of the wrapper at the top and stuffed with spiced beef and pork.
