Tamuna Udesiani, founder of Roma Gelato, discussed the company's future plans with the Commersant radio station. She notes that diabetic and low-calorie ice cream are in high demand and the company is set to expand its assortment in this segment this year.

"To be specific, we'll be launching new ice cream flavors. Although we currently offer several types, we plan to broaden our assortment even more.

"Additionally, we're opening another branch this year, making it 5 in total," says Tamuna Udesiani.
