In January of this year, 17,935,845 GEL went to the budget from fines and penalties paid for administrative violations.

In addition, according to the revenues of the consolidated budget of Georgia, in January 2025, the budget revenue from sanctions for administrative violations in the field of transport, road management and communications is 15,918,782 GEL.

The number of sanctions for other violations is as follows:

12,330,225 GEL for violation of traffic rules; 727,076 GEL for violation of parking rules for motor vehicles in the capital; 103,028 GEL for ticketless travel; 10,040 GEL for violation of the terms of regular city passenger transportation; revenue from sanctions (fines and penalties) for failure to comply with the requirements of the parking rules 1,384,514 GEL; for administrative violations that violate public order 56,344 GEL; for illegal border violations 169,900 GEL, and for violations identified in architectural and construction activities 683,685 GEL; for violations of permit conditions in the gambling business 57,000 GEL; for violations identified by the LEPL Georgian Competition and Consumer Protection Agency 69,401 GEL; for violations in the field of personal data protection 32,500 GEL; for violations of labor safety norms 195,100 GEL; fines for violations under the Criminal Code amounted to 2,142,096 GEL.
