Today trading via Bloomberg trading platform has started at $ 1/2.8500, by 2pm one dollar stood at GEL 2.8400.
According to the exchange rate set by the National Bank on December 3, the official exchange rate of the national currency was set at 1USD/ 2.8746 GEL, 1EUR/3.0252 GEL.
The exchange rate in commercial banks is different:
In Bank of Georgia, one dollar can be bought for 2.8950 GEL and sold for 2.7750 GEL.
In TBC Bank, one dollar can be bought for 2.9020 GEL, and sold for 2.7780 GEL.
