On May 9, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announced the 11th round of sanctions in honor of Europe Day.
“If we see that goods from the EU reach Russia via third countries, we can offer member states to impose sanctions on these goods,” Ursula von der Leyen said at a press conference with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
