In July 2024, Georgia imported 2,39 thousand tons of  lubricants  that is 0,42 thousand tons or 21,3% more than in the same period of  2023 (1,97 tons), the Union of Oil Product Importers states.

In July of the current year, the largest volume of lubricants was imported from Turkey - 0,50 thousand tons that is 20,9% of the total  imports. Followed by  Iran - 0,37 thousand tons (15,5%); Germany - 0,32 thousand tons (13,4%), Azerbaijan - 0,23 thousand tons (9,6%); etc.

In July 2024, the import of aviation oil stood at 23,1 thousand tons that is  10,6  thousand tons or  84,8% more compared to the same period of 2023 ( 12,5 thousand tons).

In  the reporting period, Turkmenistan accounted for 34,2% (7.9 thousand tons) of aviation oil imports, Russia-

20,8% (4,8 thousand tons), Greece - 17,7% (4,1 thousand tons); Turkey - 16,9% (3,9  thousand tons), Uzbekistan-  10,4 % (2,4 thousand tons).
