Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze said at the government meeting that the country’s economic growth stood at 9.7% in 7 months.
According to Kobakhidze, the main thingnow is to maintain a high rate of economic growth.
"We are meeting for the first time after the economic growth data for July was published. In July the country saw an economic growth of 13%, so the average growth in 7 months was 9.7% that is the highest rate in Europe and in the region to overcome poverty, all this gradually raises the quality of well-being in our country", Kobakhidze said.
