In the German city of Düsseldorf, at one of the world’s largest international exhibitions of wine and alcoholic beverages, “ProWein Düsseldorf 2026,” 26 Georgian wine-producing companies are participating with the support of the National Wine Agency and the Embassy of Georgia in the Federal Republic of Germany.
During the three-day exhibition held on March 15–17, wine professionals, representatives from the commercial sector, and thousands of visitors will have the opportunity to taste Georgian wine, which is crucial for diversifying export markets and driving sales growth.
Within the framework of the exhibition, Georgian wine tasting seminars will be held, led by international wine experts.
Germany is the largest importer and consumer of wine in Europe and, at the same time, one of the potentially growing strategic export markets for Georgian wine. Through activities organized and supported by the National Wine Agency, as well as consistent cooperation with Georgian wine producers, a growing trend in the export of Georgian wine has been established.
