Next year, Qvevrebi hotel is set to increase the number of rooms up to 70, - Giorgi Rochikashvili, co-founder of "Qvevrebi" hotel said.
According to Rochikashvili, a three-storey building is located on the territory of the hotel, which includes 17 rooms. Apart from that, 20 pitcher-style rooms are placed on the area that can accommodate a total of 80 people.
„The hotel’s occupancy was 60% during the season, we received guests from almost all countries. A wine cellar was added to the hotel, where guests can taste wine, take master classes and take part in the grape processing process. We poured around USD 100,000 into the project.It’s planned to arrange a sauna before the new year, for this purpose approximately USD 150,000 will be invested.
Starting from next year, we are set to expand the hotel and increase the number of rooms from 37 to 70", Giorgi Rochikashvili said noting that the hotel currently employs 50 people.
Hotel "Qvevrebi" started operating in 2023. The complex is located on three hectares with 20 qvevris, it includes a three-story hotel, a reception, a bar, a conference hall, a heated swimming pool that is very comfortable for vacationers The project was done within the "Produce Georgia" program, the total investment cost is GEL10 million.
