A luxury Aurus car with government license plates was involved in an accident in the center of Moscow on the morning of May 22.

The accident occurred at the intersection of Mir Avenue and Likarnyany Lane. This is reported by the Russian agency TASS.

The car collided with a Volvo. It is known that the car is registered to the patriarch of the Russian Orthodox Church Kirill.

According to media reports, the Aurus crashed into the Volvo as it pulled out of the lane.

As a result of the accident, one person was injured, but she refused hospitalization. It is not yet known whether the leader of the Russian Orthodox Church was in the car.
