David Mikadze, who was convicted of the murder of Levan Jangveladze, has been arrested. Tariel Kakabadze, the lawyer for the family of the slain businessman, says on social media.
According to him, Mikadze was arrested in France.
"I have received information that David Mikadze, the man accused of murdering Levan Jangveladze, has just been arrested in France," Kakabadze wrote on Facebook.
David Mikadze had been sentenced to life imprisonment for organizing the contract murder of businessman Levan Jangveladze for financial gain. He had been wanted via Interpol.
