Number of apartments sold stood at 2,922, marking a 5% increase compared to January 2025. This increase is partially due to low base effect.
As for prices, the average asking sale price amounted to $1,340 per sqm - a 6% YoY increase.
The average rental price went down to $10.0 per sqm (-7% YoY), while rental yield stood at 8.1% (-1.1pp YoY).
When it comes to the potential supply on the market, the residential area of construction permits issued in January 2026 amounted to approximately 20,000 sqm.
