The plenary session of the Parliament cannot be opened due to lack of quorum. Deputies registered twice, however, sufficient number - 76 deputies - did not appear in the session hall for the opening of the session.
During the first registration, 71 MPs were registered on the board, and 73 during the repeated registration.
Deputies will go through the registration process once again after a short break.
