According to Irakli Jmukhadze, General Manager of the Shaori Hotel, corporate bookings constitute roughly 40% of summer visitors (excluding August). The hotel, with a capacity of 60-65 guests, operates seasonally, from May to October.

Local corporate clients are booking heavily from mid-June, often requesting the conference room. August sees a decline in the bookings due to holiday periods. A conference room, restaurant, and swimming pool are key factors contributing to high demand.

The hotel's occupancy rate currently stands at 60% and most of our guests are locals. Foreign tourists are arriving from Europe, Israel, and Ukraine. We're expecting a really busy season. The growth of MICE tourism is significant, given the rising demand.

The hotel is located in the Ambrolauri district, on the shores of Lake Shaori, and comprises 26 rooms.
