Today trading on Bloomberg trading platform has started at $ 1/2.7800, by 1pm one dollar stood at GEL 2.7703.
According to the exchange rate set by the National Bank on December 6, the official exchange rate of the national currency was set at 1USD/2.8274 GEL, 1EUR/2.9894 GEL.
The exchange rate in commercial banks is different:
In Bank of Georgia, one dollar can be bought for 2.8200 GEL and sold for 2.7000 GEL.
In TBC Bank, one dollar can be bought for 2.8420 GEL, and sold for 2.7180 GEL.
