Over the last five years, bean imports into Georgia soared by 63%.


In 2023, the country imported 656.79 tons of beans (fresh or chilled, peeled and unpeeled beans) worth $143,650 that is 1.63 times more than in 2019.

Turkey is the main importing country that accounts for 99% of imports.

In January-February 2024, Georgia brought 7.48 tons of beans in the amount of  $4,990.
