Ambassadori Island Batumi has signed an international partnership agreement with leading UAE-based real estate developer ONE Development. The agreement was officially executed by Gocha Kamkia, CEO of Ambassadori Island Batumi, and Moustafa Rashad, Group CEO of One Development
The signing ceremony took place in Abu Dhabi during LIVEX 2026, where Ambassadori Island Batumi is participating as a distinguished guest following an official invitation from ONE Development, a Strategic Partner of the forum.
Held from September 29 to October 1 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), LIVEX 2026 is Abu Dhabi's inaugural Liveability and Investment Exhibition. Organized by the Department of Municipalities and Transport, the event takes place under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council. According to official figures, the exhibition is welcoming over 20,000 attendees from more than 50 countries, including over 1,500 institutional investors and 100+ global speakers.
Under the terms of the agreement, ONE Development will invest $200 million to construct a high-end, multi-functional complex on Ambassadori Island.

The development features a large podium-level lagoon, two high-rise towers, and more than 40 lifestyle, wellness, and social amenities.
The company is also actively expanding into the hospitality sector. In collaboration with world-renowned artist Amr Diab, ONE Development launched ONE/AD, its hospitality brand, under which DO Hotels was introduced.

Ambassadori Group is implementing the Black Sea’s first artificial island project in cooperation with leading international companies, including the global engineering and consulting firm Arup, the architectural and engineering company Yüksel Proje, and the prestigious American architectural firm SHoP Architects.
