"Kala District" company is building a new hotel of the ibis Styles brand - ibis Styles Old Tbilisi Hotel in Kote Abkhazia N39 that is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
Commersant was told at the project management company PDP that the construction has entered the final phase and is planned to be completed in the second half of 2024.
According to the architectural service, the owner company requested the extension of the hotel construction permit several times. Initially, it was planned to open early last year.
The project envisages the construction of a hotel on 3 347 sq.m. and will include 67 rooms, two conference rooms, a bar and an open terrace. According to the project, hotel rooms will be located on four floors, reception and restaurant on the first floor, auxiliary rooms on the minus one floor. The investment cost of the project is $7 million.
