The state has transferred over 2,060 hectares of land in Vani Municipality to Sairme Resort for a period of 49 years. According to the government decree of January 20, signed by Irakli Kobakhidze, the company must pay 1,000 GEL as an annual rent.

According to the investment commitment, the company should build a 750-room hotel within 8 years. Also, to develop recreational space and arrange ski tracks.

According to the document, "Resort Sairme" should invest GEL 80 million in order to fulfill its obligations. Also, the company should employ 100 people for at least 2 years in the next 8 years.

The government last year also granted the company 1,368 hectares of land in Vani and Baghdati municipalities on a 49-year lease. The 2024 decree applies to agricultural land and pastures in 65 different locations. According to the document, the company must build a 750-room hotel and develop a recreational area, arrange ski slopes and slopes within 8 years.

The resolution sets a schedule according to which Resort Sairme must invest 80 million GEL to fulfill its obligations and employ 100 people for at least 2 years over the next 8 years.

The company "Resort Sairme", which manages the hotel complex " Resort Sairme" in Baghdati Municipality, belongs to businessman Temur Kokhodze, who also owns a 92% stake in "Tegeta Holding".
