Expo Georgia JSC plans to build a multi-story complex on the territory of Expo Georgia in Tbilisi. The company is currently coordinating the task of developing a development regulation plan with the Tbilisi City Hall.
According to the Public Registry, the chairman of JSC Expo Georgia is businessman Mindia Sabanadze, and the company members are Lasha Kakhishvili, Nodar Sabanadze, Levan Meskheli and Lado Chikhladze.
In the frames of the project, it is planned to place 6 multi-storey buildings. In addition, the existing pavilions and recreational spaces will be preserved on the territory.
"The project area located in Tbilisi, Akaki Tsereteli Avenue No. 118 and No. 118b, belongs to JSC Expo Georgia, with an area of 100,982 sq.m., on which pavilions are currently located (the so-called exhibition area).
The area is bordered by roads on three sides, the main facade is located on the side of Akaki Tsereteli Avenue, the remaining parts are on the side of Samtredia and Stanislavsky Streets.
The development of the site is planned to the north and south, while the existing pavilions and recreational space will be preserved. Thus, the area and coefficients of the designed functional zone are: Public and business zone 2 - 76,373 sq.m, K1-0.5, K2-3.3; K3-0.3. Recreational zone 1 - 24,609 sq.m, K1-0.2, K2-; K3-0.8.
"The planned area will include 6 buildings, the maximum number of storeys of which will be 30 and will correspond to the existing intensity in the immediate vicinity. Mandatory parking, as provided by law, will be located entirely in the buildings, primarily on the underground floors," the explanatory note says.
